From Manchester:
Leave the M60 at Junction 24 and join the M67.
Cross the roundabout to join the A628.
Remain on the A628 over the Woodhead Pass.
Cross the roundabout and remain on the A628 signposted Penistone.
After a sharp corner and passing beneath the Transpennine Millennium
Bridge you enter Millhouse Green.
Turn right immediatley after the traffic island by the Blacksmith's
Arms and go down Millhouse Lane to the right of the Post Office.
Millbrook Bed and Breakfast is 100 yards on your left.
From the M1:
Leave the M1 at Junction 37 and follow the A628 signposted Penistone
and Manchester.
On entering Millhouse Green turn left at the Post Office (opposite
the Blacksmith's Arms) down Millhouse Lane.
Millbrook Bed and Breakfast is 100 yards on your left.
Using the postcode S36 9NU on most navigation
systems takes you directly to Millhouse Lane.
*BY TRAIN*
The nearest train station is Penistone, it's a
half hour walk down the Trans Pennine Trail or
we can arrange for a taxi to meet you.
*BY BIKE*
Leave the Trans Pennine Trail shortly after the
Millennium Bridge if travelling west, by an old level crossing,
signposted Millhouse.
Turn right at the T junction, over the bridge and turn left up
Birks Avenue.
Turn left at the main road.
Turn left by the Post Office into Millhouse Lane.
Millbrook Bed and Breakfast is 100 yards on your left.
If travelling east, look out for the second level
crossing ten minutes after Penistone.
*BY FOOT*
If travelling along the Trans Pennine Trail follow the bike directions
and after crossing the bridge take the footpath on the left. This
will take you directly to Millbrook Bed and Breakfast.
